1. Cancellation Policy
Customers can request cancellation of services within 24 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation requests must be made via email or phone using the contact details provided below.
Once the work has been initiated or service execution has begun, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Interio Elite reserves the right to approve or reject any cancellation request.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be considered if the service has not been started or delivered.
If a cancellation is approved within the eligible time, the refund will be processed after deducting any applicable service or transaction charges.
No refunds will be provided once the service work has started or completed.
In case of duplicate payment or payment failure where the amount is deducted, the refund will be processed.
3. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.
The actual time for the refund to reflect may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Change of mind after service initiation
Delay caused by the customer in providing required information
Any customized or completed interior design work
